- USE NATURAL OILS!! Avoid mineral / greasy oils derived from petroleum for example Soft n touch, Blue magic etc instead use light ORGANIC OILS –jojoba, olive, coconut etc.
- Relax your hair 6-12 weeks dependıng on your needs and not every time new growth appears.
- Wash and steam once or twice a week. Use SULPHATE FREE shampoos, and use wide comb on your wet hair.
- If you have to wash your hair frequently; just use CONDITIONER to repeatedly do this. Avoid overusing of shampoo since it dries hair.
- Use as little as possible heat on your hair; if your hair is damaged, dry it HEAT- FREE!
- Hair should at least left to air-dry before blow-drying; use medium heat on blow-drying too.
- Spray your hair with water- based moisturizers on daily basis. Your hair should NEVER feel dry!
- Drink plenty of water daily; eat balanced, exercise 2-3 times weekly.
- For sleeping, use silk / satin low friction pillowcase. Pillow – Hair friction can lead to hair breakage. Or cover your hair with silk scarf before sleeping.
- To keep your hair dense always use a wide toothed comb. Small combs rip off hair.
